Gear: Nike Air Shasta (865086 001) Shoes

Nike Air Shasta 865065 001

Nike Air Shasta 865065 001. I didn’t buy these shoes to run on, in fact I have had these for 10 years and ran on them for the first (and last) time today. Did a 10k Trail Run in these because of the profile on the sole. I was sliding all over the muddy trail on my previous run and these were actually a lot better as far as grip goes. Unfortunately these lack the heel and ankle support I need and the low laces prevent the shoe from having a snug fit. They are old and it was worth the try.

Gear: Philips ActionFit SHQ4000/28 Neckband Headphones

Philips ActionFit SHQ4000/28 Neckband Headphones

Love these Philips ActionFit SHQ4000/28 Neckband Headphones. Have been running with them for about a month and they work great with my iPhone 4S. Nice sound and a great fit even during bouncy trail runs. As the reviews I read suggested you absolutely have to use the provided clip to attach the wire to your clothes to prevent excessive noise from the wire bouncing around.

Gear: Agloves Touchscreen Gloves

Agloves Original Touchscreen Gloves

Love these really affordable (< $20) Agloves “Original Touchscreen Gloves”. Since I use my iPhone with Runkeeper and occasionally switch between the stats and route screens these gloves are a really nice affordable solution at least for New York area weather. When the temperature hits the teens (F) I do wear some no brand woolen fingerless gloves ($3) over these on long runs.
